Place recollects the victims of the holocaust mass death during the World War II. The museum is set in Oświęcim, in the south part of Poland and involves two extermination camps: Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II-Birkenau. The Auschwitz State Museum was established in in fourties and is located in a few real buildings. The closing around expanse extends on 191 hectars.
Visitors are shown genuine structures, and also with the well-known railway ramp and the fence, but also with many unique entities used in casual being by those who suffered there like combs, parts of dresses and so on.
Currently, the institution displays the constant exposition along with the temporal ones memorizing the existence of those who were murdered in Auschwitz and originated from various regions. Multitude of sightseers every season make it the most usually visited former Auschwitz Birkenau extermination camp among the whole Europe.
